It produces its wines from 35 hectares of estate-owned vineyards in the municipality of San Vicente (Sonsierra). Nearly half of these are certified organic—an impressive achievement given the region’s challenging climate—and reflect a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture. The winery crafts a range of wines, from young wines like Chirimendo to Crianzas and Reservas under the Castillo de Mendoza label, as well as iconic organic selections such as Noralba and Castillo de Mendoza de Autor.
